Our boarders head to the seaside

Last Saturday, the boarders went to Cromer to get a bit of sun, sand and sea. The tide was in when we arrived but we managed to find a stretch of sand to sit on. After lunch, some brave boarders (and Mrs Swallow) went for a quick paddle in the sea, whilst others played football or frisbee.

Next, we went for a look around some shops. The ice cream shop proved very popular with the girls. After cleaning hands, mouths, noses, tops and trousers (it is amazing just how messy ice cream can be) we went to the theatre at the end of the pier for a show.

I do like to be beside the seaside……. perhaps we will return later in the year.
